Project scope and delivery

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, having rights to supplied materials, reviewing deliverables and ensuring their business use complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Payments and cancellation

Fees, advance payments, cancellation terms and any applicable refund arrangements will be stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. See the Refund Policy .

Third-party services

Google Play, Google, Meta, hosting providers, payment systems and other external services operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages caused by third parties.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, each party retains rights to its pre-existing materials. Ownership and handover of project-specific deliverables will be described in the applicable project agreement.
