Project fees, advance payments, milestones, cancellations and refunds are governed by the written proposal or invoice agreed for the specific service.

Before a project begins

Please review the scope, deliverables, schedule, payment milestones and cancellation terms in writing before making payment. If the agreement does not specify a matter, contact us for clarification before paying.

Work already performed

Where work has started, any refund assessment will consider the agreed terms, work completed, third-party costs and applicable law. No blanket refund promise is made by this general policy.

Third-party purchases

Fees paid directly to app stores, hosting providers, ad platforms or other third parties are subject to their own refund rules.
